Hello! I’m Erin Rose Erickson, a wife and new mom who loves travel and food. I grew up in Florida and have visited Disney over 100 times! I’ve also traveled across the country, always on the lookout for unique food, coffee, and hidden gems.
I know firsthand how health conditions can make traveling feel challenging and unsafe. I decided to join Pixie Travel after seeing how much other families with celiac disease struggle to enjoy a simple vacation. My goal is to make traveling for families with celiac disease and chronic conditions feel safe, accessible, and fun again!
