Crystal brings something incredibly special to our team: She is our resident dog-friendly Disney travel expert!
From choosing the best dog-friendly Disney resorts to navigating the nuances of Disney’s on-site pet care, Crystal knows the insider tips that make both pups and their humans feel relaxed and pampered. She has two dogs named Oliver and Dodger (named after the characters from the Disney animated film Oliver & Company) who visit Walt Disney World with her often, and a previous pup named Simba!
In addition to Walt Disney World & Universal Orlando strategy, she has extensive experience with Disneyland Paris and non-Disney European travel planning including France, Italy, the UK, Ireland, and Mediterranean cruises. Fun fact: She also speaks conversational French!
Crystal has very fond and vivid memories from her first visit to Walt Disney World when she was in elementary school in the early 1990s and still has several mementos from that trip (including paper park tickets and hotel “keys”). In high school, she visited annually as part of cheer and dance competitions, and she continued to visit Disney parks as an adult – including Walt Disney World in Orlando, Disneyland in Anaheim, and multiple visits to Disneyland Paris.
She moved to Florida in 2020, got her Florida driver's license the next day, and immediately used that to get her Walt Disney World Annual Pass. Every year since 2020, she consistently
visits Walt Disney World an average of every 1-2 months. She is also often invited to “friends & family” previews of new park attractions at Walt Disney World & Universal Orlando.
Crystal has mastered advance planning for hotel selection, dining strategy, special ticketed events, Lightning Lane reservations, park touring, and all the behind-the-scenes details that truly make a trip magical.
